Our role as a grassroots organization is pivotal in mobilizing and uplifting racialized community members. We have established ourself as providing innovative social, community events, and peer support group services to community members in Calgary and the surrounding areas. Since its inception in 2022, FirstStep Together, known for its hands-on and community-centered approach, has played a pivotal role in the local community, designing, and implementing programs that are tailored to meet the diverse needs of people from various cultural and professional backgrounds.
